- Worksite Location: Remote
- Compensation: $18.00 per hour
- Contract Duration: ASAP - 12/31/25
- Schedule: Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm CST
What you’ll do as the Customer Support Specialist:
- Provide telephone support to external customers related to specialized restaurant equipment
- Track customer communication and updates information in CRM software
- Assess customer’s needs and provides appropriate method of support and communication to the necessary location
- Provide appropriate troubleshooting over the phone by utilizing provided troubleshooting documents
What you’ll bring to the Customer Support Specialist role:
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ years related experience and/or training in hands on equipment repair and customer service
- Bi-lingual speaking preferred (Spanish / English)
