Executive Assistant | Kansas City, MO
LHH is partnering with a client that is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant (EA). This role is pivotal in ensuring executive leaderships day-to-day operations run smoothly, enabling them to focus on strategic leadership and organizational growth. The ideal candidate is a master of logistics, a clear communicator, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
Responsibilities:
· Manage and optimize the leaderships calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel.
· Serve as the primary point of contact between leadership and internal/external stakeholders.
· Prepare briefing materials, agendas, and follow-up documentation for meetings.
· Coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements.
· Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
· Support strategic initiatives and special projects as needed.
· Anticipate needs and proactively address potential scheduling or communication conflicts.
· Assist with personal tasks and errands as required to support the President’s productivity.
Requirements:
· 5+ years of experience supporting C-level executives, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
· Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
· Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
· High level of discretion and emotional intelligence.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, calendar management tools, and virtual collaboration platforms.
· Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
Job Details:
· Job Title: Executive Assistant
· Location: Kansas City, MO
· Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, fully onsite
· Compensation: $30-35ph.
