The Oceanside Realty Team at Keller Williams is looking for a motivated Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to turn conversations into opportunities by building relationships, qualifying leads, and setting appointments for our growing real estate team.

Compensation:
$80,000+ Expected First-Year Earnings
Responsibilities:
- Convert leads into qualified appointments
- Build rapport and identify client needs
- Follow up consistently through calls, texts, and emails
- Keep CRM records accurate and organized
- Meet appointment and activity goals
- Participate in coaching and team training
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and people skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM tools
- Coachable with a positive attitude
- Sales or customer service experience is preferred, not required
- Willingness to obtain a RE license is required
