Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in oral surgery procedures, including dental implants and other
surgical interventions.
• Administer the set up, ordering and monitor IV sedation
• Prepare and maintain surgical instruments and equipment
• Plan ahead, organize. and Order surgical and dental supplies for
upcoming full arch upcoming cases
• Order and manage the ethical price comparisons for surgical and dental
supplies for upcoming cases
• Work with clinical liaison to plan and coordinate larger surgical cases
• Lead, coach, train and organize a team of Steri Tech, DA's and work with
as professional team to support our large cases.
• Provide exceptional patient care and support throughout surgical procedures
• Maintain meticulous records and ensure compliance with safety protocols
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 - 7 years of experience as a Periodontal Dental Assistant, Oral Surgery. OMSA or General office with a visiting consistant Perio.
Dental Assistant in a daily surgical capacity.
CBCT - Tomographic images, facial Scanners and IO ( intraOral ) using 3-Shape.
• Expertise in IV sedation, dental implants, and dental surgery
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, quick keyboarding and use
computers as we are in a full 3-D world of digital organization using the PC
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• A commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient care
