???? What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll play a vital part in managing and shaping our company’s financial health. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing core financial functions: budgeting, forecasting, cash management, job cost accounting, AP/AR, taxes, and bank reconciliations.
- Verifying, allocating, posting, and reconciling accounts payable and receivable.
- Preparing and publishing error-free financial statements on schedule.
- Analyzing financial data and clearly communicating financial status, including cash positions.
- Coordinating external audit and tax activities.
- Reviewing and recommending enhancements to accounting systems and procedures.
- Supporting budget development and financial forecasting.
- Translating complex financial concepts to staff at all levels.
- Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal reporting requirements.
- Completing reconciliations, generating reports, and contributing to special projects.

- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 3+ years of accounting experience
- Experience working across multiple business entities or industries
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- The ability to work on-site in Marietta, OH
