We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our rapidly growing team at Something 2 Talk About, Inc. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering therapeutic services to children, enhancing their ability to engage in daily activities and improving their overall quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments to determine clients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic interventions aimed at improving clients' functional abilities.
- Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary based on client outcomes.
- Provide education and support to families regarding therapy techniques and strategies.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment plans.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
- Strong knowledge of pediatric therapy practices and developmental milestones.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and families.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $97,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 40 per week
