🔧 What You’ll Do
- Assemble, package, and label products with speed and accuracy.
- Operate hand and power tools — including drills, mallets, impact wrenches, and pneumatic rivet guns.
- Maintain productivity and meet daily production goals.
- Ensure every product meets quality standards with minimal issues.
- Keep your workspace clean, organized, and safe.
- Read and interpret assembly drawings, CTQs, part lists, and measurements.
- Report low inventory, faulty tools, or quality concerns to the supervisor.
- Follow all safety requirements, including PPE such as gloves and safety glasses.
- Perform other tasks as needed — teamwork makes the dream work!
🧠 What You Bring
- Experience in manufacturing or assembly (preferred but not required).
- Ability to read tape measures in fractions and decimals.
- Understanding of blueprints and schematics.
- Order‑picking or warehouse experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with hand tools and general labor tasks.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Charles, MO.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.47 - $19.47/hr.
Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
