This regional CDL-A role is designed for drivers who want a steady weekly routine, consistent freight, and simple operations without surprises. Miles are reliable, home time is guaranteed every week, and pay is straightforward.

Weekly work flow

• Operate on established regional lanes across the Southeast
• Return home every week for a scheduled reset
• Freight volume remains consistent year-round
• No-touch freight with a blend of drop and hook and live loads

Earnings and accessorial pay

• Mileage pay between $0.54 and $0.60 CPM based on experience
• Drivers typically gross $1,200+ per week
• Productivity and safety bonus up to 3 CPM
• Detention pay after two hours at $12.50 per hour
• Layover and breakdown pay of $100 per day
• Weekly payroll with transparent statements

Trucks and support

• Assigned late-model equipment
• Automatic transmissions
• 24/7 dispatch and on-road support

Driver qualifications

• Valid CDL-A license
• Minimum age of 21
• At least three months of recent verifiable CDL-A experience within the past three years
• Ability to safely operate 40-foot or longer trailers
• Clean MVR with no recent DOT preventable accidents
• No SAP drivers
• Must pass urine and hair follicle drug testing
