Growth Marketing Operations Manager
Location: Southfield, MI (In-Office)
Reports to: Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)

EPIC Health is on a mission to transform healthcare access and outcomes for underserved communities. As we expand our marketing efforts to drive growth in patient acquisition and provider partnerships, we’re seeking a Growth Marketing Operations Manager to run and optimize our marketing engine.
This high-impact leadership role is for a seasoned marketer (7+ years) who thrives at the intersection of strategy, systems, and storytelling. You’ll lead a team of seven marketers and creatives, while also staying hands-on with campaign execution and performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Translate growth goals into marketing programs that drive KPIs—patient acquisition, provider engagement, and brand reach. Lead cross-functional initiatives and oversee campaign strategy, execution, and reporting across digital, print, and events.
- Team Management: Manage and mentor a 7-person team (content, design, digital, and agencies). Drive accountability, creativity, and continuous improvement through standups, sprint planning, and quarterly OKRs.
- Campaign Execution: Write and edit copy for email, ads, social, and landing pages. Build and launch campaigns in HubSpot with automation, segmentation, and testing to improve conversion.
- HubSpot & Martech: Serve as the HubSpot expert, managing workflows, integrations, data hygiene, and analytics. Partner with sales/ops on funnel alignment and evaluate new tools to increase efficiency.
- Executive Partnership: Advise the CMO, prepare executive updates, and represent marketing in cross-functional initiatives. Help set budgets, forecast performance, and allocate resources.
Qualifications
- 7+ years in marketing leadership, campaign strategy, and operations (healthcare, tech, or high-growth startup preferred).
- Proven success running integrated campaigns (digital, print, events, social media).
- Strong copywriting skills with a hands-on approach to execution.
- Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM, HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, or similar tools.
- Background in brand management or product marketing a plus.
- Skilled at leading and developing creative/marketing teams in fast-paced environments.
- Data-driven, analytical, and experienced in measuring ROI.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field required (Master’s preferred).
