We are a family owned remodeling company that has been in business 57 years. We are currently seeking to hire a Sales Designer.
Must have 5 years experience in sales preferably in the remodeling field.
Familiar with remodeling residential homes such as kitchens bathrooms, and some additions
Basic knowledge of Auto CAD and Cheif Architect.
Basic knowledge of builder trend or similar estimating package.
Create sales pipeline in Buildertrend.
perform specifications and schematics.
Call to schedule and perform initial appointment from all customer leads.
communicate all start dates and planning with the customer.
Shop with the customer for materials get approvals and signatures before ordering.
Help handle all change orders.
Keep an allowance spread sheet for each job.
Handle contract signings through Buildertrend.
**This is a customer facing job, where you will visit homes and then calculate each job accordingly.**
*There will be a base salary for this job and commission will be earned on jobs sold.*
