Position: Associate Dentist - Private Practice
Location: Mount Carmel, IL
Employment Type: Full Time (4-5 days per week)
Salary: $200,000-$350,000
Compensation & Benefits:

Clinical Responsibilities:
- Carry out all standard dental procedures.
- Confidently create and implement quadrant-based treatment strategies.
- Collaborate with the lead dentist on implant cases.
- Operate independently with full autonomy, while receiving support without micromanagement.
About the Practice:
This practice has been serving the community for over 40 years and has a strong history of growth. Following a merger in 2023, we now operate from a modern, technologically advanced facility with eight operatories and over 4,000 active patients. We welcome more than 27 new patients each month and are projected to exceed $2 million in collections this year. Our environment is designed to minimize micromanagement, providing you with your own dedicated space, including two operatories, a lab, sterilization area, and shared hygienists. You will have the freedom to treat patients independently while also having access to mentorship as needed. Our culture promotes low drama, high efficiency, and continuous clinical development. You will collaborate with a doctor who understands the needs of both new and experienced dentists and is dedicated to fostering confidence through hands-on, supportive guidance.
