Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is needed to provide services in an elementary school setting. This contract position is intended to cover a leave of absence, running from February 7, 2025, through May 13, 2026. The role is based in Commerce, GA, and primarily involves delivering school-based speech therapy for a caseload of approximately 55 elementary students.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Current Georgia SLP licensure (must be presented upon application)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- Experience working with elementary-aged students in school settings
- Ability to manage and provide therapy for a caseload of 55 students
- Proficiency in both in-person and virtual therapy sessions
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide speech-language therapy to elementary students
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and state regulations
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to support student communication goals
- Flexibility to deliver therapy sessions in-person with openness to virtual options

Schedule:
- Full time, up to 37.5 hours per week
- Contract duration: February 7, 2025, to May 13, 2026
