Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments to evaluate student learning, behavior, and emotional well-being.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and intervention strategies.
- Provide counseling and support services to students to address social, emotional, and behavioral challenges.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and communicate findings effectively.
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed to promote positive outcomes.
- Travel to different school locations as required to deliver services.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field.
- Valid state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist.
- Experience conducting assessments and developing IEPs.
- Strong understanding of child development, psychological testing, and behavior management techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel to multiple school sites.
