Position Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) procedures in accordance with applicable standards and requirements.
- Review and incorporate revisions provided by the Method Responsible Level III during the standard procedure review process.
- Create and update Computer-Aided Design (CAD) drawings for specialized calibration standards.
- Set up and calibrate non-destructive testing and measurement equipment using approved calibration standards.
- Prepare inspection procedure figures illustrating inspection locations, component geometry, accessibility, probe/transducer positioning, and notch signal responses.
- Monitor inspection results and identify, document, and report any adverse trends or anomalous findings.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of education and/or hands-on experience in Non-Destructive Inspection (NDI) or Non-Destructive Testing (NDT).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including variable shifts, overtime, and occasional weekends, as required.
- Willingness to travel up to 15% based on business needs.
- Ability to safely perform work in confined spaces while following applicable safety procedures.
