Escrow secretary at established real estate title insurance agency. Three years experience required. Position will include dealing with deadlines and mortgage lenders and buyers and sellers and their representatives. Experience preparing settlement statements, Closing Disclosures, balancing funding, preparing deeds, reviewing title reports, wiring funds and issuing checks. Experience clearing lending conditions and title issues. Salary commensurate with experience. For the right candidate salary and bonus will be substantially higher than presently received. This company compensates experience.
