Our public accounting firm is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tax & Audit Manager. The opportunity is ideal for personable and technically talented individuals with 10+ years of tax and auditing experience. Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise tax engagements in accordance with firm and professional standards
- Provide high-level tax planning advice to clients
- Manage and review tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and non-profit organizations
- Conduct tax research and analysis to address complex tax issues
- Work closely with clients to identify potential tax planning opportunities and maintain relationships
- Supervise, coach, and mentor team members

- Engage in consulting and special projects as requested by management and clients
- Provide training and professional development opportunities

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Enrolled Agent (EA) license required
- Minimum of 8+ years of tax experience with a strong background in public accounting
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Proficiency in tax software and financial analysis tools
