Degree in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT Certification), and minimum 1+ years Radiology Tech experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This opportunity is for a Radiology Technologist to perform radiographic imaging and assist healthcare providers in diagnosing and treating patients. The role involves obtaining high-quality radiographic images, assisting radiologists during procedures, and providing patient education tailored to individual needs. This position supports the clinical team by delivering accurate imaging services crucial for patient care.

Responsibilities:

  • Produce radiographic images of targeted areas for radiologist review
  • Assist radiologists with interventional procedures as needed
  • Educate patients about imaging procedures to ensure comfort and understanding
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support department operations

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Graduation from an accredited Radiology Technologist program required
  • Current, valid ARRT registration in good standing
  • Current, valid Wyoming Radiology Technologist license in good standing
  • BLS certification current or obtained within 60 days of hire
  • Prior hospital experience preferred
  • Strong customer service skills including patience, empathy, and professionalism
  • Effective verbal and written communication abilities
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to work independently and learn new software applications
