PART-TIME SEASONAL SPORTS LEAGUE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE & PHOTOGRAPHERS - Weekday Afternoon & Evenings and/or Weekends

America’s Best Event Photography, aka ABEP, interacts with coaches, parents and student athletes of multiple sports (football, baseball, soccer, basketball, cheer - just to name a few) to provide an experience that captures the excitement and joy of playing their individual sport. ABEP is currently seeking part-time seasonal team members for positions as Customer Service Representatives and Photographers. These part-time positions are for WEEKDAY EVENINGS (need to be available from 2:00PM-10:00PM) and/or WEEKENDS. We work when the student athletes play their sports.

The job responsibilities include:

· Working closely with photo, digital and Customer Service team members to produce high quality photo products that capture and create memories.

· Ensuring excellent customer service by responding to the expectations, requests and needs of the customer in a timely manner. Requires strong effective communication skills and the ability to listen first.

· Being able to work in a high energy, deadline driven environment. Includes being able to organize with time restraints while maintaining the quality of the work.

· Maintaining a positive attitude toward team members, coaches, parents, and student athletes in challenging and at times, rapidly changing environments.

Previous Customer Service and Photography Experience a Plus.

You must have:

· Reliable transportation/personal vehicle

· Be able to work evenings and weekends

· Be able to work outdoors and stand for hours at a time.

· Be able to lift 25 lbs.

· All applicants are required to take a background check

· Complete all new employment paperwork which includes the Employment Eligibility Verification (Form I-9)

The part-time position is hourly with Photo-Assistants and Customer Service Reps starting at $16/hour while in training. Photographers start at $17/hour.
