Project Description
This position supports Revolutional's customer, the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), where you will work on the enterprise Data Loss Prevention (DLP) program. Focusing on supporting initiatives that protect sensitive data across VA systems while enabling effective business operations.
The core challenge: protecting sensitive data across a complex enterprise environment while maintaining uninterrupted, mission‑critical operations.
Position Description
As a Program Analyst, you will support the Program Manager on a Data Loss Prevention (DLP) program for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). You will be trusted to support the Program Manager in various Programmatic activities.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate onboarding of internal staff and subcontractors for awarded contracts
- Ensure onboarding documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted on time
- Track onboarding status and prepare reports for the Program Manager
- Manage and monitor quarterly and annual training requirements for program staff
- Develop and implement repeatable processes to improve operational efficiency
- Serve as a liaison with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Coordinate offboarding activities for internal staff and subcontractors
- Support deliverable tracking and timely submission
- Use task management tools to support program activities
- Provide program coordination and meeting support
Technical Environment
- Work Management Tools: Microsoft Planner; Monday.com, ServiceNow
- Program Operations: Task tracking, status reporting, onboarding/offboarding coordination
- Data & Reporting: Operational, staffing, training, and compliance tracking
- Collaboration: Microsoft Office Suite and shared documentation tools
- Practices: Program coordination, stakeholder communication and hybrid delivery
What You Bring (Requirements)
Baseline Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2 years of experience supporting program, project or operational activities.
- Experience with program coordination and support.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
Technical Capabilities
- Ability to track tasks, staffing, training, and deliverables across multiple workstreams.
- Experience with workload and task management tools.
- Experience preparing status reports, metrics, and briefings for program leadership.
- Strong documentation skills, including tracking forms, procedures, and records.
- Familiarity with compliance‑driven environments and audit‑ready processes.
- Experience coordinating onboarding, offboarding, and training activities.
- Ability to support meetings, including scheduling, agendas, and meeting minutes.
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
