Compensation: $140 Per Hour

• Setting: Long-Term Care / Rehabilitation Facility
• Facility Size: 98-bed nursing and rehab facility
• Schedule: Monday–Friday
• Shift Length: 8-hour shifts
• Patient Volume: 8–12 patients per day
• Call: None
• Procedures: None required

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical care to geriatric patients in a long-term care setting
• Conduct daily patient evaluations and ongoing management of chronic and acute conditions
• Collaborate with nursing staff, therapists, and interdisciplinary care teams
• Document patient care accurately and timely in the medical record
• Ensure high-quality, patient-centered care in compliance with facility protocols

Requirements

• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Geriatrics, Internal Medicine, or Family Medicine
• Active Vermont medical license or ability to obtain
