Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is sought for a full-time position servicing a K-12 school setting. This contract opportunity covers the current school year and is located in Derry, NH. The ideal candidate will be passionate about supporting students communication development across all grade levels in a dynamic educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students K-12
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech and language disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student educational planning
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience working with school-aged children (K-12) preferred
- Strong knowledge of speech and language development and disorders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Location: Derry, New Hampshire
Duration: Current school year contract (CSY)
