LOCATION: Sacramento, CA

SALARY: $18.00/hr.

SCHEDULE: Monday – Friday | 8:00 am – 4:30 pm | Long-term

INDUSTRY: Technology and automotive services

THE ROLE

The Technical Support Specialist will work directly with customers via phone and email to resolve application and product issues. The ideal candidate will demonstrate self-initiative, excellent listening skills, and provide exceptional customer service to resolve each issue.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answer customer questions by phone, email, or chat.
  • Help customers use products and services.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Record customer interactions in the system.
  • Work with teammates to resolve customer concerns.
  • Provide training to new and existing customers as needed while working on support tickets

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • 5 years in managing complex client relationships.
  • Experience with various CRM tools
  • Clear communication skills.
  • A positive, problem-solving attitude.
  • Proficiency in Google-based programs
