Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Located in the Phoenix area, this full-time position offers the opportunity to serve as a School Psychologist within a well-established school district. Starting as soon as possible through May 21, 2026, assignments will be at Stephenson Elementary for one position, with another role floating between Mesa Academy, Adams Elementary, and Taylor Junior High. Candidates will support children across elementary and junior high age groups with caseloads averaging around 60 students, including conducting approximately 12 evaluations per day.
Key responsibilities include comprehensive psychological evaluations using pen-and-paper methods, collaboration with school staff, and contributing to student success within a Google-suite environment. Familiarity with platforms such as Synergy is highly beneficial. This role demands a self-starter who can effectively manage a dynamic caseload and adapt quickly to district guidelines, which currently do not permit virtual work.
Qualifications and experience desired:
- Active Arizona Department of Education certification with a Special Education endorsement
- Valid IVP fingerprint clearance card
- Experience working with school-aged children, ideally 0-9+ years with salary scaling accordingly
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to navigate Google Suite and student information systems
Location: Phoenix metropolitan area (Mesa, AZ)
Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
