LHH is seeking a high-performing proactive Executive Assistant to join our client in Uptown Charlotte. This fully onsite role offers the chance to work closely with senior professionals and experienced administrative colleagues in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide executive-level administrative support to senior team members.

Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel logistics.

Prepare documents, handle expense reports, and support internal communications.

Collaborate with other assistants to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Participate in onboarding and training with guidance from a senior assistant.
Candidate Profile

Proven experience in executive or administrative support, preferably in financial services or a corporate setting.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.

Quick-thinking, adaptable, and thrives in high-pressure environments.

Bachelors degree required.
Pay Details: $75,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
