LHH is seeking a high-performing proactive Executive Assistant to join our client in Uptown Charlotte. This fully onsite role offers the chance to work closely with senior professionals and experienced administrative colleagues in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide executive-level administrative support to senior team members.

  • Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel logistics.

  • Prepare documents, handle expense reports, and support internal communications.

  • Collaborate with other assistants to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Participate in onboarding and training with guidance from a senior assistant.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in executive or administrative support, preferably in financial services or a corporate setting.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.

  • Quick-thinking, adaptable, and thrives in high-pressure environments.

  • Bachelors degree required.



Pay Details: $75,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
