Now Hiring - Industrial Electrical Maintenance Technicians in Longmont, CO

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Electrician to support operations in a heavy industrial environment. This hands-on role focuses on maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving electrical systems to ensure equipment reliability, safety, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial electrical systems and equipment
- Install, calibrate, and maintain electrical components, including motors, control panels, gauges, and instrumentation
- Diagnose and resolve electrical issues involving motor control circuits, relay logic, and drive systems
- Support planned maintenance, capital projects, and emergency repairs to minimize downtime
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, electrical codes, and company procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance
- Hands-on experience with power distribution systems up to 4,160 volts
- Working knowledge of PLCs, automation systems, and variable frequency drives (VFDs)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities in complex systems
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings
- Basic computer proficiency (experience with SAP or similar systems is a plus)
Schedule & Compensation
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- On-Call Rotation: Every 4 weeks
- Shutdown Period: Annual shutdown with extended hours required
- Pay Rate: $42.32/hour (with annual increases)
