Job Description
Join a growing distribution team on 1st shift, where you will help process, audit, pack, and ship products to meet customer needs in a clean, fast-paced, and friendly warehouse environment.
Responsibilities
- Process and audit customer orders with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Process and audit company products to ensure they meet specific customer requirements.
- Pack products securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Prepare and ship orders to designated customer locations according to schedule.
- Inspect products to verify adherence to customer specifications and quality standards.
- Sort and count parts to maintain accurate order fulfillment and inventory control.
- Label products, packages, and materials correctly to support accurate shipping and receiving.
- Handle cardboard and other packaging materials, including collecting cardboard and placing it into the compactor.
- Support general material handling activities, including loading, unloading, and moving products within the warehouse.
- Assist with shipping and receiving tasks to ensure smooth and timely operations.
Essential Skills
- Prior experience working in a warehouse environment.
- Hands-on experience with order picking and packing.
- Practical experience with shipping and receiving processes.
- Ability to perform inventory-related tasks, including counting and labeling.
- Comfort with general labor tasks such as loading, unloading, and material handling.
- Capability to work effectively in a fast-paced production setting.
- Strong attention to detail when processing and auditing orders and products.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience as a packager or in similar distribution roles.
- Familiarity with basic warehouse documentation and labeling practices.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a production-based environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt within a growing organization.

Work Environment
The role is based in a very clean, fast-paced warehouse setting on a 1st shift schedule. The culture is friendly and laid-back while remaining production-based, with a focus on efficiency and teamwork. Team members perform packing, picking, shipping, receiving, loading, unloading, and general material handling tasks. The dress code is relaxed, allowing comfortable attire suitable for warehouse and general labor work.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bettendorf, IA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.08 - $26.08/hr.
