Job DescriptionKitchen Utility
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Kitchen Utility Person for a company based in Plant City, FL. In this role, you will have the opportunity to advance your career while working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Pay Rate
$14.00 per hour.Schedule and Hours
1:00PM-9:30PM; weekends are mandatory
Utility Person Duties and Responsibilities
- Kitchen Sanitation
- Clean, cut, and prepare ingredients for main dishes, desserts, and appetizers.
- Wash pots and pans
- Help with automatic dishwashing machine
- Run a floor scrubber and take out trash from kitchen and cafe
- Operate kitchen equipment such as broilers, ovens, grills, and fryers safely and efficiently.
- Work across multiple production stations, ensuring quality control checks on taste, texture, and temperature.
- Maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation within the kitchen.
- Perform additional duties as needed, including kitchen maintenance and equipment cleaning.
Utility PersonQualifications and Requirements
- Current ServSafe Food Handler Certification required.
- 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Strong teamworking skills
- Ability to follow exact measurements and recipes for food preparation.
- Excellent attendance and punctuality; weekends are mandatory.
