Job Overview:
Search Solution Group is seeking a Contract Data Entry Specialist on behalf of our client, a company that specializes in helping businesses and healthcare practices determine eligibility for federal and state research and development tax credits. This role is critical to a data migration project, ensuring accurate transfer of highly sensitive data from existing systems into a newly developed application. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, solid typing skills, and comfort working with digital file systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle sensitive and confidential company and client information with discretion
- Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Follow established data entry processes and guidance provided by project leads
- Collaborate with internal team members to resolve data discrepancies
- Maintain organized digital records and files throughout the migration process
- Meet productivity and accuracy standards, including required typing speed
Requirements Include:
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Additional coursework in data entry, administration, or related fields a plus
Experience:
- Prior data entry or administrative experience preferred
- Open to varying levels of experience; training will be provided
Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience using Adobe tools
- Strong typing ability (minimum 40 words per minute)
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to navigate and switch between multiple digital systems
Certifications:
