Join our team and help produce high-quality plastic parts that keep customers coming back!APEX Placement and Consulting has partnered with an exciting manufacturing company to add a Machine Operator/Assembler to their already amazing team. In this role, you will assemble and test parts, operate injection molding presses, and help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient production environment. What your day will look like:

• Assembling parts and ensuring accuracy and quality
• Operating injection molding presses and inspecting finished products
• Trimming, packing, and checking parts for defects such as burns, flash, or color issues
• Recording production numbers, scrap, and downtime accurately
• Maintaining a clean, safe work area while following all safety policies

What we are looking for:

• High school diploma
• Manufacturing experience (injection molding experience preferred)
• Ability and willingness to be cross-trained on multiple machines and tasks
• Strong teamwork, communication, and instruction-following skills
• Familiarity with 5S and Lean manufacturing principles (preferred)
