Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in Anoka, MN, to cover a leave from April 9th through June 5th. This contract position focuses on supporting early childhood through 2nd-grade students within a school setting, providing essential speech and language services to a caseload of approximately 55 students.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering direct and indirect speech-language therapy services aligned with a 3:1 service delivery model
- Collaborating with school staff and families to support student communication needs
- Conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and documenting progress
- Participating in meetings and completing required paperwork during designated indirect service weeks
Qualifications for this role:
- Certification in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) with relevant licensure
- Experience working with pediatric populations in school environments
- Strong knowledge of early childhood speech and language development
- Familiarity with the 3:1 service delivery model preferred
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
