Blush, a locally owned restaurant and bakery in the heart of Southtown, is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Barista to join our team. What You’ll Do
As a Barista at Blush, you’ll be at the heart of our customer experience. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and serving high-quality coffee, tea, and specialty beverages with care and consistency.
- Assisting customers with menu selections and ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee bar and dining area.
- Collaborating with the team to uphold Blush’s reputation for exceptional service and delicious offerings.
- Staying informed about our menu, including seasonal items and bakery specialties.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of barista or related experience in a fast-paced coffee shop, café, or similar environment.
- A passion for coffee and food, with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to create a welcoming atmosphere for every guest.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- A team-oriented mindset and a positive attitude.
