Accurately and efficiently handle stock and its storage for our Coin Inventory department, including inspecting and verifying incoming items.

In this fast-paced job, you’ll inspect and verify incoming stock – both quantity and product type against purchase order documents. You’ll also prepare merchandise and organize into designated storage areas.
Primary responsibilities include:
• Verifying incoming coins and currency for accuracy of both quantity and product type
• Preparing merchandise for storage and assign product locations
• Pulling existing stock for inventory requests
• Operating lift equipment, coin counting machines and bar code scanners
• Participating in cycle counts and physical inventories
• Overall accuracy and error detection
• Properly handling product according to company guidelines
• Performing regular organizational functions to maintain accurate inventory systems
Qualified applicant will have:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 20/20 corrected vision with intact color discrimination
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs, more with assistance
• Basic math skills & accurate counting ability
• Ability to use a computer terminal and scanning equipment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to identify coin and bank note types (will train)
• Ability to perform repetitious work all day and work overtime as needed
