A CHS client is seeking an experienced Business Development professional to drive new revenue growth within their janitorial and industrial services division. This is a Direct Hire opportunity ideal for a results-driven B2B sales leader who can independently generate opportunities, secure complex service contracts, and build long-term client relationships within commercial and industrial markets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive strategic business growth across targeted commercial and industrial sectors
• Identify, pursue, and secure high-value janitorial and industrial service contracts
• Lead client consultations, site evaluations, proposal preparation, and contract negotiations
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing
• Collaborate with operations and leadership teams to support successful implementation and long-term client retention
• Consistently achieve or exceed revenue and growth goals
Qualifications:
• 7+ years of B2B sales or business development experience
• Proven success securing recurring service contracts; janitorial or industrial industry experience preferred
• Strong professional presence with the ability to build relationships with key decision-makers
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and contract management skills
• Self-motivated with strong territory and pipeline management abilities
• Proficiency with CRM systems required
• Familiarity with B.O.M.A. and similar networking organizations preferred
Compensation & Benefits:
• Base salary ranging from $85,000–$100,000, depending on experience
• Performance-based commission structure available after trial period
