As part of a facility internationally recognized for excellence in Stroke Services, Bariatric Surgery, Cancer Care, Breast Imaging, and Orthopaedics, you’ll broaden your clinical perspective and develop new competencies. Enjoy the flexibility of a 36-hour work week as you perform MRI procedures using state-of-the-art Siemens Espree and GE Artist equipment, all within an encouraging and innovative setting.
Schedule/Hours:
- 36 hours per week
- Primarily at the main hospital with occasional needs in the Children’s Hospital (both on the main campus)
Responsibilities:
- Perform advanced MRI studies on all age groups, including trauma, stroke, cardiac, breast, neuro, MSK, and angiography procedures.
- Operate Siemens Espree, GE Artist MRI units (1.5T).
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, supporting a teaching environment with radiologists and residents.
- Maintain accurate documentation using Epic and Change Healthcare PACS.
- Uphold patient safety and comply with Level 1 Trauma Center protocols.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of MRI experience.
- Registered in MRI—American Registry of Radiologic Technologists [RT(R)(MR)].
- Current BLS certification.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Comfortable in a high-acuity, fast-paced hospital environment.
