IDR is seeking a Supply Chain Risk Management Analyst II to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Fort Meade, MD. This role supports a critical cybersecurity initiative, focusing on managing supply chain risks for national security projects within a highly technical environment.
Position Overview for the Supply Chain Risk Management Analyst II:
- Provide risk assessment and mitigation strategies related to supply chain security and foreign influence.
- Conduct research on company histories, devices, and procurement sources to ensure compliance with security standards.
- Support procurement activities by evaluating new equipment and materials, ensuring they meet strict security criteria.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including cybersecurity and acquisition teams, to mitigate supply chain vulnerabilities.
- Work within a hybrid schedule, primarily on-site at Fort Meade with designated remote work days.
Requirements for the Supply Chain Risk Management Analyst II:
- 4+ years of supply chain risk management background.
- Experience buying new things and new equipment with foreign influence considerations.
- Familiarity with doing research on company history, devices, and foreign involvement.
- TS/SCI polygraph clearance is required.
- Have worked with supply chain risk management in an Intel Analyst capacity.
