Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement individualized instruction aligned with students IEP goals.
- Create and maintain a structured, positive classroom environment that supports behavioral and -academic success.
- Use evidence-based instructional and behavior management strategies.
- Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, administrators, and families.
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Participate in IEP meetings, evaluations, and progress reporting.

Job Qualifications:
Active MN Special Education Teacher certification
Experience in middle school setting preferred
Must be authorized to work in the US
Pass background check and drug screening
