Bilingual Housing Navigator
LHH Recruitment is assisting our nonprofit client in South LA hire a Bilingual Housing Navigator. This role will be a blend of field work and onsite, and a contract-to-hire, full time opportunity.
This role will be focused on assisting clients through their housing journey, attending rental viewings, helping with lease signings, communicating with landlords, and providing other supportive services within this scope. Interested candidates must be bilingual Spanish/English and must be able to work with a wide array of individuals.
Requirements

Bachelor's Degree required

Minimum 2 years housing navigation/case management experience

Bilingual English/Spanish

Proficiency working within multiple software systems including HMIS
Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in-person

Strong ability to multitask and prioritize duties throughout the day

Can work well in a fast-paced environment

Knowledgable of Section 8 Housing and supportive services within this scope

Able to meet deadlines and work well under pressure
