Connect Staffing is hiring an experienced Order Picker for a vinyl products manufacturing company in Placentia, CA. This is a temp-to-hire, full-time position paying $20.00/hr with regular overtime of 8+ hours per week. In this role, you will locate and pull vinyl rolls, sheets, and boxes from warehouse racks and shelves using order forms and picking lists, then transport the stock using a sit-down forklift and pallet jack. Weekend availability is required as part of the regular schedule.
Pay: $20.00/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday + weekends, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM; weekends and overtime required as assigned

Responsibilities
- Pick vinyl rolls, sheets, and boxes from racks and shelves based on order forms and picking lists.
- Operate a sit-down forklift and pallet jack to retrieve and transport vinyl stock throughout the facility.
- Scan and log inventory and order data using a handheld RF (radio frequency) scanner or WMS (warehouse management system).
- Move completed pallets of picked orders to staging areas or the loading dock.
- Keep work areas and storage locations clean and organized.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ months of order picking or warehouse experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience picking in a manufacturing or industrial distribution environment.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or RF scanner-based inventory tracking.
- Experience moving heavy or oversized materials such as rolls, coils, or bulk stock.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Experience with pallet jack operation (electric or manual).
- Sit-down forklift experience.

Pre-Employment Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently.
- Ability to work at a fast pace throughout the shift.
- Steel toe boots required (employee-provided).
- Must pass a drug screen.
- Must pass a background check.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (E-Verify).
- Must communicate effectively in English.
