Job Description:
Vocovision is seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a remote contract role in New Mexico. This position offers the flexibility to work either full-time or part-time hours, providing speech therapy services to students through teletherapy. As a member of the Vocovision team, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on students' lives from the comfort of your own home, using innovative and effective virtual platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual speech therapy evaluations and assessments for students in New Mexico.
• Provide individualized speech therapy services to students with a variety of speech and language disorders.
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each student's needs.
• Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions, assessments, and student progress.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to support student success.
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide updates on student progress as required.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in teletherapy and speech-language pathology.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active state licensure in New Mexico.
• ASHA certification (CCC-SLP).
• Experience with teletherapy platforms and online documentation tools is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively.
• Familiarity with IEPs and special education procedures.
• Passion for helping students improve their speech and language skills.
