With opportunities available in Riverview, Lakeland, Tampa, Wesley Chapel, and Clearwater, our client offers a versatile clinical experience across home, clinic, and school settings. We are looking for clinicians who are passionate about improving the quality of life for individuals with developmental and mental health needs through evidence-based, compassionate care.

Why Join our Client's Team?

  • Versatile Practice Settings: Gain experience and provide impact where it's needed most—in the clinic, at school, or within the natural home environment.

  • Comprehensive Mentorship: A specialized Training & Mentorship program is available, making this an ideal environment for new BCBAs/BCaBAs to sharpen their clinical edge.

  • Intentional Growth: Join an organization that values your professional development and provides opportunities to participate in special topic trainings and presentations.

  • Supportive Community: Work within a culture that prioritizes interpersonal relations and clear, collaborative communication.

Position Summary

As a BCBA or BCaBA, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing life-changing behavioral treatment plans. You will move beyond simple supervision to become a true case manager, monitoring outcomes, providing high-level data analysis, and empowering caregivers through dedicated proficiency checks and feedback.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct caregiver proficiency checks to ensure treatment integrity in the home and community.

  • Lead and participate in special clinical topic trainings to stay at the forefront of the field.

Qualifications

  • Certification: Active BCBA (Master's degree) or BCaBA (Bachelor's degree) credential from the BACB is required.

  • Skills: Demonstrated competence in behavior management, instructional design, and organizational leadership.

  • Communication: Exceptional oral and written communication skills for collaborating with families and fellow professionals.

  • Compliance: Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and maintain active licensure for the state of Florida.
