Sunset Animal Clinic is seeking an experience Receptionist to join our fun and friendly team!

Our Receptionists serve a vital role as the first and last point of contact with a client and their pet. As the face of the hospital, they greet visitors with warmth and compassion, fostering trust in the veterinary team, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

In this role, you will schedule and manage the flow of appointments, provide empathetic customer service while managing a multi-line phone system and in-person clients, process financial transactions, answer inquiries, and provide essential information about the services we provide. This position is ideal for candidates with a background in fast-paced customer service who are friendly and outgoing, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a team-focused environment.

This is a full-time position scheduled for three 10-hour shifts during the week and a 4 hour shift on Saturday.

Minimum qualifications and skill set:

  • 1+ years of client service experience in a fast paced environment
  • Cash handling and reconciling credit card transactions
  • Previous veterinary experience is highly desired
