Window World Twin Ports Region is growing and looking for driven, professional sales people (Design Consultants, as we call them!) to join our locally owned Window World team serving the Twin Ports and surrounding area.
If you enjoy helping homeowners make confident decisionsand want a role built on education, design guidance, a "customer first" approach, and trust (not high pressure sales tactics and psychological mind games)this could be a great fit.
What Youll Do
- Meet with homeowners for pre-set, qualified appointments
- Help customers design the right window, door, and siding solutions for their home
- Educate homeowners on styles, performance, energy efficiency, and value
- Provide clear, honest pricing and professional recommendations
- Follow a proven, structured consultation process
- Build long-term customer relationships that lead to referrals
What Were Looking For
- Strong communication and people skills
- Professional, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable in an in-home consultation setting
- Sales or design experience preferred (window, door, and/or siding a plus, but not required)
- Coachable, accountable, and motivated to earn
