About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated Community Outreach Specialist to connect with schools, providers, and community organizations to expand awareness of our services. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys networking, community engagement, and helping families access the care they need.
What You’ll Do

Build and maintain relationships with schools, nonprofits, and community partners

Represent Texas Care at health fairs, school events, and community activities

Guide families through the intake process and coordinate documentation

Track outreach efforts and report progress to leadership
What We’re Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s/Bachelor’s preferred)

Experience in outreach, community engagement, healthcare, or sales (preferred)

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Self-motivated and organized
