Physical Therapist
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join a growing outpatient clinic in Ocala (Maricamp area). This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced clinicians and new graduates looking to develop their skills in a supportive, patient-centered environment.
Position Overview
This clinic treats a diverse patient population ranging from adolescents to geriatrics (18+), offering strong exposure across orthopedic, neuro, vestibular, and sports rehabilitation. You'll work alongside a collaborative team, including 2 Physical Therapist Assistants, with support from nearby clinic locations.
This role is ideal for clinicians who value quality over volume, with a structured schedule that allows you to focus on meaningful, one-on-one patient care.

Schedule & Work Environment
- Full-Time: Monday–Friday (no weekends)
- Option for 4, 10-hour shifts
- Flexible scheduling options available
- Open to part-time (under 30 hours) or full-time (over 32 hours)
- One-on-one patient care model — no double booking
- Average of 12 patients per day
- 40-minute treatment sessions within an 8-hour day
- Opportunity to supervise up to 2 PTAs
- EMR system: WebPT (Clinicient)

Requirements
- Active Florida Physical Therapist license (or ability to obtain)
