Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Data Entry Clerk in Fort Worth, Texas! The Inventory Data Entry Clerk will support our inventory management and logistics team in a position that will begin remotely and transition to an in-office role around late August or September. This role plays a vital part in ensuring real-time visibility and accuracy of inventory levels by entering and updating data into the ERP system, reconciling packing slips, purchase orders, and delivery receipts, and identifying discrepancies between physical stock and system records. The successful candidate will collaborate with warehouse, procurement, and operations teams, maintain digital filing systems, uphold data integrity by following company procedures, reconcile floor plan statements to GL accounts, and coordinate with freight companies for timely inventory delivery. Additionally, the clerk will assist with special projects and audits, contributing to a seamless and accountable inventory process. Requirements:
- 2+ years in data entry, inventory control, or a related field
- 2+ years of dealership experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Excellent organization and time management
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Basic understanding of inventory and logistics
- Fast and accurate typing skills
- MS Dynamics BC and Aspen system experience a plus!
