Position Purpose:
To inspire a culture of worshippers to walk closer with Jesus. Assist Worship Minister to lead team in becoming better at their craft of leading worship. I am winning when the teams are confident in their roles of leadership and are replicating themselves at every level of leadership.
Role Basics | Responsibilities and Expectations:
- Must have a personal relationship with Jesus
- Be a Member-Partner of Stonegate Fellowship
- A heart to lead people in worship and not just lead a worship service
- Work alongside teaching team and staff to coordinate and plan weekly gatherings.
- Assist in planning, coordinating and executing worship services to include:
-Weddings and Funerals
-Assist leading midweek rehearsals
-Assist in weekly Sunday Services -Conferences
-Staff Development
- Work to build spiritually and professionally healthy environments with worship teams
- Utilize the Leadership Pipeline to recruit and train worship team members who lead in all venues of Stonegate
Minimum Work and Education:
- 3-5 years experience leading worship teams, planning, preparing and leading worship services
- High school diploma or GED, with some college or post-high school training/certificationlead in all venues of Stonegate

Time Requirement:
40+ hours per week; 46 Sundays per year.
This position is a non-exempt full time position.
This position requires availability on days, nights and weekends. Typical
office hours are 8:30a.m. to 5:30p.m. Monday through Thursday. This can be flexible depending on events or special programming.
