Join TTEC as a Bilingual Customer Service and Sales Representative and grow into a Licensed Healthcare Insurance Agent. This remote position starts with paid training and covers all licensing costs, setting you up for a rewarding career in insurance sales and customer support.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with selecting insurance products that meet their needs

• Provide full-lifecycle customer support via inbound and outbound calls

• Respond to inquiries with empathy and active listening

• Identify opportunities to upsell or upgrade services

Requirements

• Bilingual (Spanish & English)

• At least 6 months of sales experience

• Ability to pass a state insurance licensing exam (company provides training and pays for fees)

• Strong computer skills and high-speed internet (25 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload minimum)

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Must reside in TX, NM, or AZ
