Key Responsibilities

Assist customers with selecting insurance products that meet their needs

Provide full-lifecycle customer support via inbound and outbound calls

Respond to inquiries with empathy and active listening

Identify opportunities to upsell or upgrade services
Requirements

Bilingual (Spanish & English)

At least 6 months of sales experience

Ability to pass a state insurance licensing exam (company provides training and pays for fees)

Strong computer skills and high-speed internet (25 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload minimum)

High school diploma or equivalent

Must reside in TX, NM, or AZ
