We are currently in search of an Associate Dentist to join a reputable private dental practice located in Mount Carmel, IL. Position: Associate Dentist - Private Practice
Location: Mount Carmel, IL
Employment Type: Full Time (4-5 days per week)
Salary: $200,000 - $350,000

Clinical Responsibilities:
- Conduct all essential dental procedures.
- Confidently create and implement quadrant-based treatment strategies.
- Collaborate with the lead dentist on implant cases.
- Operate independently with full autonomy, while receiving support without micromanagement.
About the Practice:
This practice has been serving the community for over 40 years and has a strong history of growth. Following a merger in 2023, we now operate from a modern, tech-savvy facility with eight operatories and over 4,000 active patients. We welcome an average of 27 new patients each month and are projected to exceed $2M in collections this year. Our environment fosters independence without micromanagement, providing you with a dedicated workspace that includes two operatories, a lab, sterilization area, and shared hygienists. You will have the freedom to treat patients autonomously while having access to mentorship as needed.
