Office Administrative Assistant
Wood Personnel has partnered with a client in Lebanon, TN to hire an Office Administrative Assistant for a temp-to-hire opportunity. This person will be the face of the lobby and a key point of contact for the office, so strong customer service, phone etiquette, and professionalism are essential.
This role will support daily front office operations with a heavy focus on data entry, administrative support, and ongoing communication with internal contacts across the U.S. They are looking for someone who is very fluent with computer skills and highly comfortable using Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying organized, communicating professionally, and being a dependable presence in a fast-moving office.
Compensation & Benefits

Key Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and serve as the face of the lobby
- Answer phones and provide strong customer service
- Handle heavy data entry accurately and efficiently
- Support front office and administrative functions
- Manage daily email communication with internal contacts across the U.S.
- Serve as a main point of contact for daily office communication
- Use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook throughout the day
- Utilize Kronos experience as needed in the future
- Maintain readiness to go onto the floor when needed with steel toe shoes kept at desk
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills
- Professional phone etiquette
- Very fluent computer skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially in Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Previous data entry experience
- Prior Kronos experience preferred
- Dependable, organized, and professional
- Comfortable in a very casual work environment
