Job DescriptionWe are looking for a proactive and organized Executive Assistant to support operations at a multi-floor office in Oakland, California. This is a long-term contract position offering an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills and attention to detail. The role involves a blend of administrative tasks and facility management responsibilities to ensure seamless office operations.

Responsibilities:
• Maintain and restock office supplies, ensuring essential items like coffee, copy paper, and notebooks are always available.
• Handle package deliveries and manage inventory for office needs.
• Perform light administrative tasks, including expense reporting and other duties as assigned.
• Oversee the upkeep of a seven-story building, coordinating with facilities staff to address any operational needs.
• Provide excellent customer service to staff and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and attentive environment.
• Assist with opening and closing office procedures and support daily operations.
• Coordinate with front desk staff to address office requirements and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor and manage shared spaces to ensure cleanliness and organization.
• Support the onboarding of new processes and office experiments during the initial pilot phase.
• Respond to requests and inquiries from team members efficiently.• Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide a positive experience for staff and visitors.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage supplies and administrative tasks.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in managing office operations.
• Comfortable performing light administrative duties, such as expense reporting.
• Must be vaccinated to comply with workplace health requirements.
• Open to candidates with diverse backgrounds, including recent graduates or individuals with retail experience.
• Flexibility to adapt to evolving office needs and responsibilities.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with the team.
